The 24 units focus on face-to-face communication with guests, plus telephoning and writing emails.
Each unit begins wuth a conversation for you to listen to and read. The conversation presents the key language. Then there are activitues for you to pratise the key language including speaking exercises. There is an Answer key at the back of the book.
Therre are two CDs in the back. These contain the conversations and speaking activities.
