Trần Đức Tiến (b. 1953) is a celebrated Vietnamese writer known for his charming children’s stories inspired by everyday life. Born in Cao Đà village, Hà Nam province (now part of Ninh Bình), he lived in Hà Nội until 1986 before moving to the coastal region of Vũng Tàu, where he resides today.
He believes that children should hear the song of the Lizard, the sigh of the Snail, and read the poem of the Cricket, learning to truly listen and see the world around them. This philosophy guides his heartfelt and imaginative storytelling.
